Preservation Achievement Awards Luncheon

The Alliance's Preservation Achievement Awards luncheon, celebrated during May, Preservation Month, is an annual celebration of the individuals, organizations, businesses and projects that exemplify outstanding achievement in the field of historic preservation throughout the region. The annual luncheon is the largest gathering of preservationists in the region.

Achievement Awards 2010
More than 600 attendees gathered Wednesday, May 12, 2010 for the 17th annual Preservation
Achievement Awards luncheon. The luncheon, held in the historic Grand Ballroom at the Hyatt at the Bellevue, recognized individuals, organizations and 21 Grand Jury projects that exemplify extraordinary accomplishment in the field of historic preservation. One of the city’s most recognized ballrooms, 450 acres of sprawling suburban farmland, a historic Quaker landmark, a legendary department store converted to offices and a former office building converted to a luxury boutique hotel were among the diverse winners of the 2010 Preservation Achievement Awards.
